What is this program?

FHA Section 232 is a connection to the federal program. This does not mean that the FHA is to provide funding … was pledged by lenders against default is not real. The plant must have at least 20 beds and residents need skilled nursing care or ongoing assistance. Facilities should be licensed / regulated by the applicable state or local agencies.

What are the benefits?

There are many great advantages to using this program.In times of today's credit crisis and stricter lending criteria, many developers are finding it increasingly difficult to obtain adequate funding to make their projects work. § 232 FHA financing is usually the only way developers can make their projects work (from a number of stand point).
